PRODUCT PROGRESS
Product roadmap
A summary of what has been delivered and what remains planned. See the previous plan: M1–M10.
Reliable evidence updates
Reliable evidence processing and recovery are in place. A reviewed Compute update has been published and verified.
A useful, current Observatory
English presentation, a reviewed briefing, scenario-first navigation, shareable Compute charts and source-linked explanations for all eight scenarios are delivered. Reader validation is tracked separately.
Research update safeguards
Source-checking and correction safeguards are delivered. Human source decisions, activation and sustained operating validation are tracked separately.
Living claims and scenarios
In progress: the Claim Observatory connects accepted evidence, limits and scenario history. A reviewed AI 2027 assessment has been accepted locally; its public release is pending.

Historical snapshot from 2026-08-30: M1–M7 are complete. The historical M8 focus is not today's work sequence. N1–N7 above are the current plan.
Historical milestone summaries →One source of truth
A shared evidence foundation supports the homepage, tracker, scenarios and briefings.
Better trackers
The five existing trackers gained clearer analysis, sources and evidence navigation.
Evidence operations
Research and reviewed evidence-update workflows are available.
Time and comparison
The Observatory includes a shared timeline and compatible comparisons.
AI Transition Map
The transition map connects evidence, constraints and possible developments.
Briefings and scenario intelligence
Briefing and scenario tools connect analysis to supporting evidence.
Trust and reliability
Evidence verification, operational monitoring and recovery safeguards are in place.
Visual design and comprehension
The visual redesign was delivered. Reader comprehension remains an outstanding human follow-up.
